Shipping Policy

At Wani Cakes, we carefully package and ship all orders to preserve freshness and quality. Please review the information below to understand our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and important handling details.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $90.
To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be $90 or more before taxes and discounts are applied.

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping rate of $5 applies.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO or FPO addresses

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on order type, order date, and destination. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. CST are typically delivered as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday → Delivered by Thursday

  • Orders placed Tuesday → Delivered by Friday

  • Orders placed Wednesday → Delivered by Saturday

  • Orders placed Thursday → Delivered by Wednesday

  • Orders placed Friday → Delivered by Wednesday

  • Orders placed Saturday → Delivered by Wednesday

  • Orders placed Sunday → Delivered by Wednesday

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

Autoship Orders

  • Frozen Autoship orders typically deliver by Wednesday

  • Non-frozen Autoship orders typically deliver by Friday

Autoship delivery timelines may vary based on shipping frequency. Please review your Autoship schedule for the most up-to-date delivery details.

Shipping Methods & Packaging

All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice and/or gel packs to ensure products remain frozen during transit.

Important safety notice:

  • Do not handle dry ice with bare hands

  • Keep dry ice away from pets and children

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages left unattended.

We strongly recommend that:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Cake cups are refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival

Failure to properly receive or store the product may affect quality, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for these situations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

You may also:

  • Click TRACK MY ORDER using your confirmation email

  • Register with FedEx Delivery Manager to receive text message delivery alerts

Shipping Issues

Wani Cakes is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
